We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, large text or a small phone screen.
Our aim
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These are the international rules for accessible websites. An outside accessibility specialist has not checked this site, so we cannot say that every page meets them in full.
What we have done
- Every page starts with a “Skip to content” link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Pages use proper headings, menus, a main area and a footer, so screen readers can jump between them.
- Every form field has a label.
- Pictures have a text description, or are marked as decoration when they only decorate.
- Pages fit small screens without sideways scrolling, and you can zoom in.
- The phone number is a tap-to-call link.
- The Google map is optional, and the written address is always on the page.
How we tested
On October 30, 2026 we ran the axe-core accessibility test (version 4.10.2) on every page of this site, on screens 1280, 390 and 320 pixels wide. The test checks the WCAG 2.2 level A and AA rules that a computer can check, such as text contrast, labels, headings, picture descriptions and the size of tap targets. We fixed what it found, and the final run found no problems.
We also used the Tab key to walk through the header, menus and forms on three pages. The first stop was the “Skip to content” link, and every stop showed a visible focus mark.
Automated tests find only some problems. They cannot judge, for example, whether a picture’s description is helpful or how a page sounds in a screen reader. That is why we welcome your feedback.
What is not perfect yet
- The Google map comes from Google, and we do not control how accessible it is. The written address and phone number are on the page, so you never need the map.
- Our guides link to manuals and help pages run by other companies, such as appliance makers. We do not control how accessible those pages are.
- We have not tested the site with every screen reader, browser and device.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Use our contact page, or phone us using the number at the top of any page. Say which page it is on and what went wrong. We will look into it and fix what we can. You never need the form to reach us. If you need the information on a page in another way, such as read aloud or in larger text, ask and we will try to help.
